Reach Out Inc ("we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Anadarko, Oklahoma. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to provide, such as when you:

• Submit our Contact form (name, email address, phone number, topic, and your message)
• Submit our online employment application (contact information, availability, work eligibility, conviction questions, education, training, employment history, emergency contact, a typed signature, and an optional resume file)
• Call, email, or write to us directly
• Inquire about services, donations, or employment

This website does not require accounts or logins, and we do not collect personal information automatically as you browse, other than the limited technical information described under “Cookies & Tracking” and “How Our Forms Work.”

How Our Forms Work

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit the Contact form or the employment application, your submission is processed by Cloudflare and sent by email, through the email delivery service Resend, to Reach Out Inc’s inboxes (reachoutok@yahoo.com and reachoutok@outlook.com). A resume you upload is attached to that email only; it is not stored on this website. To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information such as your IP address and browser characteristics. How We Use Your Information

• To coordinate services or employment inquiries
• To send information you have asked to receive
• To meet legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Client & Service Records

Information about the individuals we serve is handled with the highest level of care. Client and service records are maintained separately from this website and are protected by confidentiality obligations under applicable federal and Oklahoma law, as well as our internal policies. Nothing submitted through this website becomes part of a client service record.

Cookies & Tracking

We do not use analytics services or advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies. The spam check on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the embedded Google Map are provided by third parties and may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own privacy policies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and maintenance purposes.

Embedded Google Map

Our Contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our office location. When that page loads, the map content is delivered directly from Google, which may collect information such as your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.

When We Share Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us run this website and deliver your form submissions to us (Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, and Resend for email delivery)
