Reach Out Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has supported individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families since 1992. Our services are provided through Oklahoma DHS Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) waiver programs, serving communities across central and southwest Oklahoma.
